Every charter includes selected premium alcoholic beverages (quantity depends on group size); mixers, water, ice & soft drinks; a charcuterie platter with light bites & a touch of fresh fruit; snorkeling gear & towels; and a professional captain & first mate.

Is there a captain and crew onboard?

Yes. Every Eden Luca experience includes a private captain and a dedicated first mate who ensure both safe navigation and a seamless onboard experience for your group, from the moment you step aboard until you return to shore.

How many guests can the yachts accommodate?

Our fleet hosts 2–12 guests per charter. Eden Luca Blue and Eden Luca Red comfortably host up to 12 guests.

What is the difference between the 3-, 4- and 6-hour experiences?

Accepted Answer

The inclusions are the same on every experience; the difference is time on the water. Three hours is a short coastal escape, four hours adds time to reach Aruba's hidden gems and is our most booked option, and six hours is a full private day with the most freedom in route and pace.

Yes. During the booking process you can personalize your charter with optional extras such as water activities, an onboard BBQ, premium drinks, fruit platters, decorations, celebration extras and cakes.

Eden Luca Blue is our spacious flybridge yacht with a panoramic deck, ideal for celebrations and family groups. Eden Luca Red is sleeker and more intimate, perfect for couples and smaller groups seeking privacy. Both host up to 12 guests, and if you are unsure, our team will gladly advise you.

Where do Eden Luca yacht charters depart from?

All charters depart from Bucuti Yacht Club, Bucutiweg 32, Oranjestad, Aruba. The exact boarding time and meeting details are confirmed in your booking instructions.

Can children join the charter?

Accepted Answer

Yes, families are very welcome. Every person on board, including babies and young children, counts toward the maximum of 12 guests. Eden Luca Blue can host up to 4 children (0-12 years) and Eden Luca Red up to 2 children (0-12 years). Life jackets are on board for all ages.

Can you arrange birthdays, proposals and other celebrations?

Absolutely. Birthdays, proposals, anniversaries and other celebrations are among our favourite charters. Let us know well in advance and add the celebration extras you would like during booking, so everything is prepared for you.

How far in advance should I book?

Accepted Answer

We recommend booking at least 2 to 4 weeks in advance, especially in high season (December to April). Last-minute availability is limited because we run only 1 to 2 charters per yacht per day.

What happens if the weather is bad?

Accepted Answer

Aruba enjoys warm, generally stable weather year-round, and short rain showers, clouds or a personal preference not to sail do not qualify for cancellation or a refund. A charter is only cancelled in the rare case that official weather information, government or port authority warnings and the captain's professional judgement determine that conditions are unsafe, for example tropical storms, severe thunderstorms, high waves or strong winds. If we cancel for safety reasons you may choose a full refund or a new date, subject to availability. Full details are in our Booking Terms & Conditions.

What is your cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

14 or more days before departure: full refund. 7 to 13 days before departure: 50% refund. Within 6 days of departure or a no-show: no refund. If Eden Luca Yachts cancels your charter, you receive a full refund. Travel disruptions such as flight delays or cancellations do not change this policy. Guest numbers can be adjusted up to 10 days before departure; after the final boarding instructions are sent, reductions and cancelled upgrades are non-refundable.

What payment methods do you accept?

Accepted Answer

A 25% deposit is required online through PayPal to confirm your booking, where you can also pay by Visa, Mastercard or American Express as a guest without a PayPal account. The deposit cannot be paid in cash. The remaining balance is due before boarding and can be paid by Visa, Mastercard, American Express, PayPal or cash. What can we do during our charter?

Cruise along Aruba's coastline, swim, snorkel, relax on the sun pads, enjoy drinks and light bites on deck, or simply stay anchored somewhere beautiful. Your captain and first mate adapt the day to your group's pace.

Where can we go, and is the route fixed?

Accepted Answer

No route is fixed. Depending on the wind, sea conditions, charter duration and your preferences, the captain may head towards areas such as Mangel Halto, the coastline towards the high-rise hotels and Arashi, Boca Catalina, the Antilla shipwreck area or another suitable anchorage. We never guarantee specific locations.

Can we request a specific location?

Yes, please share your preferred direction, location or style of day with the crew. If conditions allow, we will do our best to make it happen. On a 3- or 4-hour charter the captain generally focuses on one direction or area; a 6-hour charter offers considerably more freedom.

Can we snorkel during the charter?

Yes. Snorkeling gear and towels are included, and the captain chooses a comfortable, protected spot for swimming and snorkeling when conditions allow.

A taxi is the easiest option. Bucuti Yacht Club is approximately 20 minutes by taxi from Oranjestad.

Tips are always welcome and can be given directly to the crew. There is no required amount.

Is Eden Luca suitable for families with children?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The yacht is private, so the only people on board are your own group and the crew. There is shade on deck, an air-conditioned interior salon for a break from the sun, life jackets for all ages and an attentive crew. Our child policy stays as booked: Eden Luca Blue can host up to 4 children (0-12 years) and Eden Luca Red up to 2 children (0-12 years), and every guest counts toward the maximum of 12.

Do we need to be strong swimmers?

No. Nobody has to enter the water. You are welcome to stay on board the whole day, and life jackets and flotation support are available. Optional floating experiences can also be added during booking.

Is there air conditioning onboard?

Yes. Both Eden Luca Blue and Eden Luca Red have an air-conditioned interior salon, the cool retreat between swim and snorkel stops.
