Most cruise ships spend a single day in Oranjestad. A shared boat tour puts you on a fixed schedule with dozens of strangers. With Eden Luca Yachts the entire yacht and crew are reserved for your group only, so the day runs at your pace.
The 3-hour private charter is the most popular choice for cruise guests: it fits comfortably inside a typical port day, leaves room for lunch or shopping in town, and still includes a swim and snorkel stop, drinks and light bites on board.
Charters depart from Bucuti Yacht Club Harbor, Bucutiweg 31, Oranjestad, Aruba, directly behind Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA), right next to Varadero Aruba Marina. We don't offer pick-up, so please arrange your taxi in advance and allow at least 30 minutes of travel time. When you book online, simply choose a departure time that fits your ship's schedule.

Plan for the charter length plus at least 30 minutes of taxi time in each direction, and arrive 15 minutes before boarding for the passenger list, waiver and payment. Departure times are strict and cruise time can't be extended, so keep a comfortable buffer before your ship's all-aboard time. For most cruise itineraries a 3-hour charter is the safest fit; if your ship stays in port late, the 4-hour charter adds more time for swimming and snorkeling.
Nothing is fixed. Your captain chooses the route on the day based on wind, sea conditions and your wishes: cruising along the coastline, a relaxing swim and snorkel stop in clear water, or simply relaxing on deck with your own music and a drink in hand. Share what matters most to you before departure, and your captain will make the most of the time you have.
Pricing is for the whole yacht, not per person. The 3-hour charter is $2,199 and includes up to 6 guests, with $99 per additional guest up to a maximum of 12. For a group of 8 that works out at $2,397, around $300 per person for a fully private yacht with captain, first mate, drinks and light bites included.
Check real-time availability and book online; a 25% deposit through PayPal secures your yacht, and no PayPal account is needed, simply pay by credit card as a guest. The remaining balance is settled 15 minutes before boarding, as one payment for the group, by physical credit or debit card or in cash (Apple Pay and digital wallets aren't accepted on board), together with a refundable USD 250 cash security allowance that is returned at the end of your cruise. Crew gratuity is not included.
Cruise itineraries occasionally change, so we recommend booking with your schedule in mind. Ship or flight delays and other travel disruptions don't change our cancellation policy: a full refund 14 days or more before departure, a 50% refund 7–13 days before, and no refund within 6 days or for a no-show. If we ever have to cancel for weather or safety reasons, you choose a full refund or a new date, subject to availability.
