Question 1

How much does a private yacht charter in Aruba cost?

Accepted Answer

A private yacht charter in Aruba with Eden Luca Yachts costs $2,199 for 3 hours, $2,599 for 4 hours and $3,499 for 6 hours. Every price is for the entire private yacht, includes up to 6 guests and is the same on Eden Luca Blue and Eden Luca Red. You can also add one of our three VIP packages to any of these cruises, priced per yacht: the VIP Celebration Package (+$299), the VIP Water Adventure Package (+$299) or the VIP Golden Escape Package (+$350). Photos and full details are shown during online booking.

Question 2

What is the average price of an Aruba yacht rental?

Accepted Answer

With Eden Luca Yachts, a private Aruba yacht rental costs between $2,199 and $3,499 for up to 6 guests, and between $2,793 and $4,549 for a full yacht of 12 guests. The price depends on the duration and your group size, not on the yacht: Eden Luca Blue and Eden Luca Red cost the same. Eden Luca is ranked #1 of 209 Boat Tours & Water Sports in Aruba on Tripadvisor.

Question 3

Is the price per person or for the whole yacht?

Accepted Answer

All Eden Luca yacht prices in Aruba are for the entire private yacht and include up to 6 guests. Each additional guest above 6 is $99 on a 3-hour cruise, $125 on a 4-hour cruise and $175 on a 6-hour cruise, up to a maximum of 12 guests per yacht.

Question 4

Do babies and children count toward the number of guests?

Accepted Answer

Yes. Babies and children count toward the maximum of 12 guests per yacht, regardless of age, so please include them in your guest count when you book. For safety and comfort, we welcome a maximum of 4 children under 10 years old, supervised by at least 2 adults. Larger groups can book Eden Luca Blue and Eden Luca Red together.

Question 5

What is included in the price of a private yacht in Aruba?

Accepted Answer

Every Eden Luca private cruise includes the fully private yacht with a professional Captain and First Mate, selected premium alcoholic bottles (quantity depends on group size), Coca-Cola, Coke Zero, Sprite, club soda, ginger ale, cranberry, orange and pineapple juice, ice and bottled water, a freshly prepared charcuterie platter with meats, cheeses, nuts and a touch of fresh fruit, towels, and snorkel gear and life vests for adults and children. Both yachts also offer air conditioning, a Bluetooth/USB sound system, a guest toilet and an outdoor shower.

Question 6

How do I pay the deposit?

Accepted Answer

A 25% deposit of the total booking amount is paid online to secure your reservation. We use PayPal as our secure payment platform; you don't need a PayPal account, simply choose the credit card option at checkout. The deposit can't be paid in cash, and for your security we never accept card details by phone or email. Your reservation is confirmed once the deposit has been received.

Question 7

How do I pay the remaining balance?

Accepted Answer

The remaining balance is settled as one payment for the whole group, 15 minutes before boarding. Onboard we accept physical credit cards, physical debit cards and cash; Apple Pay, tap-to-pay and digital wallets are not accepted. If you prefer to pay the balance online before your cruise, contact us in advance; it must then be fully settled at least 1 day before boarding.

Question 8

Is a security deposit required?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A refundable USD 250 cash security allowance is collected upon boarding. It is returned in cash at the end of your cruise, provided the yacht is left in good condition and nothing is damaged or missing. It is separate from your booking deposit.

Question 9

Is crew gratuity included?

Accepted Answer

No. Crew gratuity is optional and not included in the charter price. A gratuity of 15–20% in cash is customary and greatly appreciated if you enjoyed your crew's service.

Question 10

What is the cancellation policy?

Accepted Answer

Cancel 14 days or more before departure for a full refund, or 7–13 days before departure for a 50% refund. Within 6 days of departure or in case of a no-show, no refund applies. If Eden Luca Yachts cancels your charter, you receive a full refund. Flight cancellations, illness or other travel disruptions don't change this policy.

Question 11

Are there any extra costs on top of the online price?

Accepted Answer

Your online price is your charter price: the entire private yacht, Captain and First Mate, taxes, fuel and all regular inclusions, based on your duration and number of guests. Optional upgrades such as the VIP packages, water scooters, decorations or an onboard BBQ are extra and are shown with photos and pricing during online booking. Crew gratuity is not included (15–20% in cash is customary), and at boarding you leave the refundable USD 250 cash security allowance.
