EDEN LUCA YACHTS – BOOKING TERMS & CONDITIONS

Your reservation is confirmed only once we have successfully received the required 25% online deposit.

The remaining balance is due before boarding, as stated in your Booking Confirmation Email.

We use PayPal as our secure online payment platform. You do not need a PayPal account, you can simply select the credit card payment option during checkout.

A 25% deposit of the total booking amount is required online to secure your reservation. The deposit cannot be paid in cash, and we do not offer alternative payment methods for the deposit.

Once your payment has been successfully completed, you will automatically receive:

Guests are solely responsible for their travel arrangements to and from Aruba.

Flight cancellations, delays, missed connections, airline operational issues, weather conditions outside Aruba, illness, visa issues, or other travel disruptions beyond the control of Eden Luca Yachts do not alter or waive the above Cancellation Policy.

Guest numbers may be adjusted up to 10 days before departure.

After the Final Boarding Instructions have been sent, any reduction in guest numbers or cancellation of optional upgrades becomes non-refundable, as preparations for your charter will already have been completed.

Aruba enjoys warm temperatures and generally stable weather year-round. Short rain showers are common and do not normally affect the enjoyment or safety of your cruise. Therefore, rain, cloudy skies, or a guest's personal preference not to sail due to the weather do not qualify for cancellation or a refund.

A charter will only be canceled in the rare event that Eden Luca Yachts, based on official weather information, government or port authority warnings, and the captain's professional judgment, determines that weather or sea conditions make it unsafe to operate.

This may include tropical storms, severe thunderstorms, high waves, strong winds, or other conditions that could compromise the safety of our guests, crew, or vessel.

If Eden Luca Yachts cancels the charter for safety reasons, guests may choose either:

The safety of our guests and crew is always our highest priority. All weather-related operational decisions are made solely by Eden Luca Yachts and the captain.

Our private cruises do not follow a fixed route or itinerary.

The itinerary depends on the duration of your cruise, your preferences, and the weather, wind, and sea conditions on the day.

Our captain will select the best and safest route while taking your preferences into consideration, allowing you to make the most of your time on the beautiful Aruban waters.

For the safety of all guests and crew, the captain has final authority regarding the route, swimming and snorkeling locations, weather-related decisions, and all operational matters during the charter.

In exceptional circumstances, including technical issues, maintenance requirements, safety concerns, weather conditions, government restrictions, booking system errors, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Eden Luca Yachts reserves the right to cancel or amend a reservation.

If Eden Luca Yachts cancels your reservation for any of these reasons, we will refund all payments made in full. Whenever possible, we will also offer an alternative date or yacht, subject to availability.
