We recommend finalizing your upgrades no later than 10 days before your cruise; decorations must be selected at least 72 hours and celebration cakes ordered at least 48 hours before departure. As an island, Aruba relies on imports, so last-minute changes can't always be accommodated. Once your Final Boarding Instructions have been sent, cancelled upgrades are non-refundable.

Pricing & Group Size

  • Every price is for the entire private yacht and includes up to 6 guests: 3 hours $2,199 · 4 hours $2,599 · 6 hours $3,499. Same price on Eden Luca Blue and Eden Luca Red.
  • Above 6 guests: $99 (3 h), $125 (4 h) or $175 (6 h) per additional guest.
  • VIP packages are priced per yacht, on top of your cruise price: VIP Celebration Package $299 · VIP Water Adventure Package $299 · VIP Golden Escape Package $350.
  • Maximum 12 guests per yacht, including babies and children, with no exceptions.
  • Maximum 4 children under 10 years old, supervised by at least 2 adults.
  • Larger groups can book Eden Luca Blue and Eden Luca Red together for up to 24 guests (each yacht is booked separately online).

How to add a VIP package to your cruise

Booking online takes just a few minutes:

  1. Choose your preferred date.
  2. Choose Eden Luca Blue or Eden Luca Red. If a date, time or yacht isn't shown online, it isn't available; please choose one of the alternatives shown.
  3. Enter the total number of guests, including babies and children (maximum 12 per yacht).
  4. Select your cruise duration: 3, 4 or 6 hours.
  5. In the upgrades step, add the VIP Celebration Package, the VIP Water Adventure Package or the VIP Golden Escape Package; photos and full details are shown there. The fresh fruit platter and Wi-Fi are already part of every package, so there's no need to add them separately. The VIP Celebration Package can't be booked within 72 hours of departure.
  6. Add any other upgrades you'd like, such as water scooters, a champagne selection, a celebration cake, decorations or an onboard BBQ (cruises of 4 hours or longer).
  7. Fill in your contact details, review the full cost breakdown under "Show Details" and accept the Terms & Conditions.
  8. Pay the 25% deposit to confirm your reservation. The remaining balance is settled on the day, 15 minutes before boarding.

We use PayPal as our secure payment platform. You don't need a PayPal account: simply choose the credit card option and pay as a guest. The deposit can't be paid in cash, and for your security we never take card details by phone or email.

What happens after you book

  1. Right away: you receive a PayPal payment confirmation and your Eden Luca Booking Confirmation Email.
  2. About 10–12 days before: we contact you to finalize guests, drinks and bottle choices, upgrades, decorations and BBQ.
  3. No later than 10 days before: your selections are final. Decorations must be chosen at least 72 hours before departure.
  4. About 7 days before: your Final Cruise Email arrives with your yacht, boarding time, upgrades, balance details, boarding location and crew contact.
  5. About 6 hours before: a short reminder with your key boarding details.
  6. On the day: arrive at Bucuti Yacht Club Harbor, directly behind Queen Beatrix International Airport (AUA), 15 minutes before boarding.

Your reservation is confirmed once the 25% deposit has been received; an inquiry or message doesn't hold a date.

Celebrate in Style on the Water

Got a birthday coming up? Planning a bachelorette trip, a proposal or an anniversary? We'd love to make it a day to remember. Our yachts are the perfect setting for celebrations: private enough to feel special, spacious enough to enjoy the day with up to 12 guests. Bring your people; your Captain and First Mate take care of the rest.

Good to Know

The essentials, so your day on the water feels effortless:

Booking & payment

  • Your reservation is confirmed once the 25% deposit is received online via PayPal; no PayPal account needed.
  • The remaining balance is one payment for the whole group, settled 15 minutes before boarding by physical credit or debit card, or cash. Apple Pay, tap-to-pay and digital wallets are not accepted onboard.

On the day

  • Please bring a refundable USD 250 cash security allowance. It is returned in cash at the end of your cruise, provided the yacht is left in good condition.
  • Crew gratuity is not included. A gratuity of 15–20% in cash is customary and greatly appreciated.
  • Arrive 15 minutes early; departure times are strict and cruise time can't be extended.

Changes & cancellation

  • 14 days or more before departure: full refund.
  • 7–13 days before departure: 50% refund.
  • Within 6 days of departure or no-show: no refund. If Eden Luca cancels, you receive a full refund.
  • Once your Final Boarding Instructions have been sent, guest reductions and cancelled upgrades are non-refundable.

Celebrations & extras

  • To keep every yacht immaculate, decorations are placed inside the cabin only, exclusively by our approved decoration partner, and selected at least 72 hours before departure. Loose balloons, glitter, confetti, outdoor decorations and your own decorations are not permitted.
  • The VIP Celebration Package is not available for bookings within 72 hours of departure; celebration cakes are ordered at least 48 hours ahead.
  • Outside drinks are welcome only with our prior approval.
  • The onboard BBQ is available on cruises of 4 hours or longer.
